​​Expressions of Interest – Sydney


We are currently seeking experienced tradespeople to join our team on TBM

and Road header tunnelling projects within the Sydney CBD.

​

We offer attractive hourly rates, including penalties and allowances,

with flexible rosters ranging from 5/2 permanent days,

day/night shifts, weekend work, and 7/3 or 7/4 rotations.

Mechanics
We’re looking for experienced mechanics who take pride in their work and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles, plant, and equipment to ensure everything operates safely and efficiently.

​

Diesel Mechanics
If you’ve got strong diesel experience and enjoy hands-on problem solving, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be servicing, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines across a range of heavy vehicles and equipment.

​

Mobile Plant Fitters
Join our team of fitters maintaining and repairing mobile and fixed plant equipment — from excavators and loaders to tunnelling machinery. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations productive and on track.

​

Boilermakers
We’re seeking skilled boilermakers confident in fabrication, welding, and repairs.

You’ll work on heavy steel structures and components used across tunnelling and construction projects.

​

Electricians
We’re looking for qualified electricians with experience in industrial or plant environments.

Your role will cover installation, maintenance, and breakdown work — ensuring all electrical systems are safe and compliant.

​

Specialist Fleet, Plant & Equipment Labourers
We’re after reliable and hardworking labourers to support our trades teams.

You’ll help with equipment setup, cleaning, maintenance, and general site assistance to keep operations running smoothly.

​​

 

Requirements:​

  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all site procedures, including correct PPE

  • Proven experience in construction or mining industries

  • Australian recognized trade qualification

  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

  • Availability for night shifts, rotating rosters, and weekend work

  • Rights to work in Australia

  • Crystalline Silica Training

Desirable:​

  • High Risk Workers License

  • Working at Heights Certificate

  • Mobile plant experience
